Shipping Domestic

Small orders (up to 5 soaps) will be delivered by Evri within 2-3 working days at a flat rate of £3.50.
Medium orders (5-10 soaps) will be delivered by Evri within 2-3 working days at a flat rate of £6.00

Large orders (10+ soaps) will be delivered by UPS. Please contact us at Wyldlore on +44 (0)7758928727 or ella@wyldlore.co.uk with a delivery postcode and details of the items and quantities you require. We will do our best to respond to you within 1-2 working days with a shipping quote.

Shipping International

If you would like your order to reach a country outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us at Wyldlore on +44 (0)7758928727 or ella@wyldlore.co.uk with a delivery postcode and detail of the items and quantities you require. We will do our best to respond to you within 1-2 working days with the most cost efficient shipping options. Any taxes or custom duties levied on your package in transit or on arrival are your sole responsibility.

Damaged items

Whereas every effort is made to ensure that our products arrive to you in condition as shown, if the goods arrive damaged or are different to your order, we will send you a replacement or a refund for the full amount including the original delivery charge. For any claim to be accepted, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the items on +44 (0)7758928727 or ella@wyldlore.co.uk

Returns

Wyldlore’s returns policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This states that you have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. 

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused soaps and accessories. Goods that arrive with us in an unsalable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.

The original postage costs will be refunded when returning an item, but not the returns postage. If an express delivery service was originally used to send the goods, this will not be refunded and the normal shipping rate will apply.

Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
